Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Suby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or modify the App.

3. User account

You can use Suby without creating an account. If you create an account (for cloud sync), you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Suby Premium is billed through RevenueCat via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device. Billing terms are set by your app store.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation. Cancel anytime through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by your app store according to their refund policy. We can't issue refunds directly.
  • Free trial. If we offer a free trial, you'll be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights

6. Intellectual property

The App, including all source code, designs, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of any data you create within the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.

Suby is a tracking tool. It does not manage, cancel, or charge subscriptions on your behalf — you're responsible for managing your actual subscriptions with their providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your license to use the App ends, but these terms remain in effect for any provisions that should reasonably survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
