Is Suby free?

Yes — track unlimited subscriptions from our catalog, free forever, with no ads. Suby Premium adds custom services (for subscriptions not in our catalog), encrypted cloud sync, and statistics insights for $1/month.

How do I sync subscriptions between devices?

Sign in with email in Settings → Account and enable cloud sync. Your subscriptions will sync securely (end-to-end encrypted) across all your devices that are signed in to the same account. Cloud sync is a Premium feature.

Will Suby charge me automatically for subscriptions I track?

No. Suby is just a tracker — it does not have access to your bank, your cards, or your subscription providers. It simply reminds you when renewals are coming so you can manage them yourself.

How do I cancel Suby Premium?

Suby Premium is billed by your app store. To cancel:

Google Play: Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → Suby → Cancel
App Store: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Suby → Cancel

Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is my subscription data private?

Yes. By default, all your subscription data is stored only on your device. If you opt in to cloud sync, your data is encrypted before leaving your device and decrypted only on your other devices. We can't read your subscription names, prices, or notes — even if we wanted to.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export to download your subscriptions as a CSV file. You can open this in any spreadsheet app or import it into other tools.

Does Suby support my currency?

Suby supports all major world currencies and uses live exchange rates to convert subscriptions to your home currency. If you can't find a specific currency, let us know.

Does Suby work offline?

Yes. All tracking, browsing, and notifications work fully offline. The only features that need an internet connection are fetching the latest exchange rates and (optional) cloud sync.

When will Suby be on iOS?

The iOS app is currently in beta and getting closer to launch. Watch the GitHub profile or send us an email and we'll let you know when it's live.
